Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate or GED.
• Knowledge of woodworking and hand tools required.
• Previous retail sales experience desirable.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the stores in a timely manner.
• Answer questions on product application or use and ring sales on the POS.
• Emphasize the Total solution approach by suggesting related products.
• Assist with maintenance and merchandising of the store.
• Handle refunds and document transactions per procedures.
• Refer customers to other sources if item is not in stock.
• May assist with unloading trucks, pricing and other duties as assigned.
