Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and acknowledge them promptly.
• Explain, demonstrate and sell woodworking supplies and tools.
• Maintain the sales floor with neat, well stocked displays and general housekeeping.
• Process refunds and complete required documentation according to procedures.
• Refer customers to other sources when items are not in stock to build goodwill for Rockler.
• Assist with unloading, pricing and merchandising as needed.
• Attendance is essential and shifts must be attended as scheduled.
