Job summary

Rockler in Sandy Springs, Georgia is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and help customers select woodworking supplies and tools. The role also includes maintaining the sales floor and assisting with merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they enter the store.
• Explain, demonstrate, and sell woodworking supplies and tools.
• Support the “Total solution” approach by suggesting related items for projects.
• Maintain a neat, stocked, and clean sales floor.
• Process refunds and handle documentation per procedures.
• Refer customers to other sources when needed to build goodwill.
• Assist with unloading trucks, pricing, and merchandising as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably as attendance is essential.
