Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for The Woodspring Suites Waco South in Waco, TX. This overnight role runs 11 PM–7 AM and focuses on guest check-ins, balancing nightly transactions, and producing the Daily Flash Report.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1 year in hospitality, and strong teamwork with solid computer skills. Daily Pay and benefits are offered with full-time employment.

• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift and assist with check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books and finalize transactions.
• Conduct regular security walks to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to resolve issues.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
