Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations in a Dallas-area hotel. You will greet guests, process check-ins, and ensure accurate nightly accounting while maintaining security and guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and fluency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Prior night-shift experience is a plus at this property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle overnight check-ins from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Balance the books and finalize transactions for accurate nightly totals.
• Perform regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations overnight.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs to resolve issues.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
