• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature and open-kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with expo, assembler, and management for ticket orders.
• Ensure proper food temps and sanitation at all times.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
