Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a wood-burning grill is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature throughout the shift.
• Operate in an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management to manage ticket orders for proteins.
• Execute proper food temps and follow company specifications while maintaining a clean station.
• Follow proper sanitation protocols; perform opening and closing duties.
