AkzoNobel in High Point, NC, seeks a Technical Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries about orders, products, and services, and coordinate cross-department activities to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes color matching, finish systems, and safety-focused problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary range is $75,000–$80,000 with annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2-5 years of wood finishing experience.
• Knowledge of various finish application systems and color matching.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and safety guidelines.
• Ability to write or verbally deliver professional correspondence to all levels of management, peers and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with priorities.

• Proficient with basic computer tasks: email, reports.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or written communication regarding orders, product selection, and service status.
