Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a Wood Coatings / Finishing Sales Specialist in the Denver area to grow the local sales region. The role involves field visits to cabinet and furniture manufacturers, consultative selling of finishing solutions, and strong CRM usage.

You will travel three to four days weekly and manage relationships with existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate has a chemistry or science background, university degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in chemistry or science; spray coatings background is a plus.
• Experience in technical sales to cabinet/furniture manufacturers is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn Richelieu’s finishing product offerings and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Sell Richelieu Finishing product solutions through consultative discussions.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers.
• Grow territory by maintaining relationships and acquiring new customers.
• Analyze past buying patterns and position Richelieu as the preferred supplier.
• Maintain CRM data and provide accurate reporting; travel 3–4 days a week.
