Floor & Decor is seeking a results-driven Store Leader to manage daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our high service standards in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise store teams, coordinate merchandising, and ensure pricing and inventory accuracy aligns with corporate guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to recruit, hire, and train associates while maintaining exceptional customer

Formación

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and be a self-starter.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Drive, teach and adhere to the P’s of retail including People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion and Pro Services.
• Engage customers and provide a quality shopping experience, ensuring store associates provide quality customer service.
• Strategically merchandise and outline merchandising practices using company guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Support the Chief Executive Merchant in creating a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable environment.
• Perform store duties as needed including shifts as Manager on Duty.
