Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Oregon. You will drive sales budgets, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining brand standards and inventory controls.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a high-volume environment with urgency. You will work to grow market share and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter attitude.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coach staff to meet sales budgets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers and ensure quality shopping experiences across store teams.
• Merchandise strategically following company guidelines and brand standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and loss prevention practices.
• Schedule coverage during peak periods and review team performance.
• Train, develop, and supervise store associates; manage workloads.
• Oversee store operations including HR and loss prevention as needed.
