Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to achieve sales budgets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a fast-paced store environment in San Diego, CA.

You will lead a team, execute merchandising and pricing strategies, and ensure brand and safety standards are met. The role involves supervising staff, scheduling, and driving continuous improvement across reporting and operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service, training, and collaboration

Qualificações

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales budgets and exceptional customer shopping experiences following company guidelines.
• Engage customers and ensure store associates provide quality customer service.
• Merchandise strategically and maintain brand and store presentation standards.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and risk management procedures are followed.
• Lead scheduling, training, and performance development of store associates.
• Open/close store operations as required and collaborate with executive leadership.
