Responsibilities

• Drive customer service excellence and staff training.
• Mentor and supervise store associates and schedule coverage.
• Maintain merchandising and pricing standards to support brand guidelines.
• Interface with corporate and manage reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC).
• Assist in loss prevention, safety, and risk management.
