Qualifications

• Experience coaching at the collegiate level and recruiting student-athletes.
• Ability to interact effectively in a collegiate environment and adhere to NAIA rules.
• Certifications such as CPR/AED are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise daily practices and on-mat development for women’s wrestling.
• Assist with recruitment activities and organization of team travel.
• Collaborate with athletics staff to ensure academic progress and compliance.
• Support fundraising, scholarship distribution, and roster management.
• Participate in meetings with coaching staff and athletic department to ensure coordination.
