Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Coaching and playing experience preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse communities.
• Knowledge of NCAA and conference guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
• Monitor academic progress and graduation data for student-athletes.
• Ensure compliance with Lindenwood University, NCAA and conference rules.
• Support fundraising and program advancement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory of team equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
