Job summary

Chatham University seeks an Assistant Women's Wrestling Coach to support its NCAA Division III program. You will assist the Head Coach with recruiting, practice planning, competition preparation, and day-to-day operations, while ensuring compliance with NCAA, PAC, and university rules.

The successful candidate will promote student-athlete development, teamwork, and school spirit, working evenings and weekends as needed. A Bachelor's degree and strong leadership are essential.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recruiting efforts to attract qualified student-athletes.
• Support athletic planning, program development, and assessment of student-athlete performance, retention, personal growth, and leadership development.
• Assist with practice planning, competition preparation, and day-to-day program operations.
• Help oversee and manage program resources and equipment.
• Support campus initiatives and assist in coordinating athletic events.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, PAC, and Chatham rules and policies.
• Represent the Women's Wrestling program at on-campus events and recruiting activities.
• Promote sportsmanship, academic achievement, and personal responsibility.
