Qualifications

• Passion for recovery and willingness to work with SUD/MH populations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass all mandatory pre-employment screenings (background checks and health screenings).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery mentorship and empower residents using 12-step concepts.
• Act as primary point of contact for house conflicts; de-escalate and manage high-stress situations.
• Maintain a substance-free facility; conduct room checks, screenings, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality.
• Coordinate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges; accompany residents to appointments and meetings.
