All In Solutions in West Long Branch, NJ seeks a Resident Mentor to model a healthy, sober lifestyle and support residents alongside our clinical team. You will guide residents through the 12-step framework, de-escalate conflicts, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic house culture.

Responsibilities include facilitating orientations, accompanying residents to appointments, documenting observations with clinical professionalism, and upholding HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Passion for recovery and helping others.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks and health screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct mentorship by modeling healthy boundaries and effective communication.
• Act as primary point of contact for house conflicts and use de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain a substance-free facility through regular checks and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Facilitate resident orientations, admissions, and accompany residents to appointments; document observations.
