Job summary

All In Solutions is seeking a Resident Mentor to model a healthy, sober lifestyle and support residents through the 12-step process. You will bridge residents and the clinical team, maintain a therapeutic house culture, and ensure safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct recovery mentorship by modeling healthy boundaries and effective communication.
• Act as primary point of contact for house conflicts and use de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain a substance-free facility through routine checks and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Document resident observations and incidents with clinical professionalism and accompany residents to appointments.
