All In Solutions in New Jersey operates a women’s recovery program and is seeking a Resident Mentor to support residents and liaise with our clinical team, modelling a sober lifestyle and ensuring a therapeutic house culture.

You will assist with admissions, orientations, and appointments, document observations with clinical professionalism, and help residents navigate the 12-step model while upholding safety and HIPAA rules.

Formación

• Experience in recovery or MH/SUD settings is valued.
• Ability to model a healthy, sober lifestyle and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work with a female-only program and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct guidance by modeling healthy boundaries and effective communication.
• Act as primary contact for house conflicts and de-escalate high-stress situations.
• Maintain a substance-free facility through room checks and screenings.
• Facilitate orientations, admissions, and discharges; accompany residents to appointments.
