The role involves mentorship, crisis de-escalation, privacy protection, and coordinating orientations, admissions, and discharges. Shifts include first shift 8am-4:30pm with Thursday-Monday or Saturday-Wednesday schedules.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome with a genuine commitment to recovery.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass background and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct recovery mentorship and model healthy boundaries.
• Act as primary liaison between residents and clinical team.
• Maintain a substance-free facility and HIPAA confidentiality.
