Utilize proactive de-escalation techniques and thoughtful decision-making to manage high-stress situations, ensuring a calm, therapeutic environment during swing and overnight shifts.Safety, Accountability & Compliance: Maintain a substance-free facility through regular room checks, facility walkthroughs, and drug/alcohol screenings. Uphold program integrity by enforcing house rules fairly and maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality.Operational Excellence & Coordination: Facilitate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges. Accompany residents to appointments and community meetings, while ensuring all behavioral observations and incidents are documented with clinical professionalism.RequirementsPassion vs Experience: We welcome candidates who are new to the field but possess a deep commitment to recovery.
