This position is on-site and central to store performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years’ experience in luxury store management.
• Proven ability to meet business goals by driving store performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Manage all aspects of retail store.
• Lead by example to provide industry-leading client service.
• Resolve customer issues with best-in-class service.
• Be a market expert on competitive environment and branding.
• Achieve sales, inventory KPIs and payroll-related objectives.
• Oversee staff training, performance, and bench strength.
• Set sales objectives and review performance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff.
• Analyze sell-through and inventory reports; communicate with partners.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards and stock movement meet company standards.
