Reporting to the Store Manager, the Department Manager, overseeing either the Mens or Womens collections, function as an ambassador of the brand while leading the sales team to offer an exceptional customer experience and meet sales and operational objectives in store. The Mens / Womens Department Manager is accountable for leading their department while supporting the Store Manager in ensuring a highly productive work environment, supporting the overall people management initiatives of the business, and in the absence of the Store Manager, they are responsible for the success of the business.

Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is starting at $90,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, training, years of experience related to the role, education, and internal organizational considerations. Compensation may be discussed transparently during the interview process.
