Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Recruit quality student-athletes who are also scholars.
  • Schedule all games, facilities, and practices.
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and meals for away contests.
  • Oversee budget, uniforms, equipment, and expenditures.
  • Hire and supervise staff, volunteers, and student workers.
  • Develop and implement lacrosse camps and clinics.
  • Ensure NCAA compliance and safety training; monitor student-athlete progress.
