Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse
Position Summary: The Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse is a full-time, twelve-month position and is responsible for assisting the HeadCoach in all aspects of the Women's Lacrosse program. The program competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Association (PSAC) at the NCAA Division II level. Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission.
Education: A bachelor's degree; working knowledge of PSAC and NCAA regulations. Must be able to pass the NCAA recruiting/education modules annually.
Experience: Collegiate coaching or playing experience, with an ability to recruit.
Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated organizational and time management skills; and the ability to effectively teach and coach lacrosse skills and strategy.
Certifications and Licenses: A valid driver's license that is in good standing is required.
University Mission: Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission.
