Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of PSAC and NCAA regulations.
• Pass NCAA recruiting/education modules annually.
• Coaching or playing experience at collegiate level; ability to recruit.

Responsibilities

• Recruit quality academic student-athletes.
• Train and develop all student-athletes year-round.
• Comply with PSAC, NCAA and university regulations.
• Promote the university and represent the program.
• Develop and implement year-round strength and conditioning.
• Assist with recruiting activities and events.
• Assist with scouting, film upload/exchange, game planning.
• Help with camps and clinics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
