The role requires coordinating recruitment, development, and community engagement activities, with weekend and evening commitments as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong coaching and leadership abilities for NCAA Division II lacrosse.
• Experience in public relations and student-athlete development.
• Ability to coordinate practices, recruiting, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of the Division II Women's Lacrosse program.
• Ensure compliance with Assumption University, NE10, and NCAA policies.
• Promote an atmosphere of NCAA compliance among coaches and student-athletes.
• Assist in organizing and evaluating practices, games, and conditioning programs.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential student-athletes.
• Coordinate personal development and community service initiatives for athletes.
