Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an experienced Women's Health RN to join our 0.9 FTE night shift team across four sites, including Sinai and West Allis. The role covers self-scheduled floating across service lines (L&D, NICU, postpartum) with 12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the designated service area.
