Job summary

Kettering Health seeks a Manager Practice II to oversee daily operations across multiple medical practices in Ohio. The role ensures efficient, compliant delivery of patient care and administrative services, while supporting patient access, safety, and satisfaction.

You will coach staff, manage resources, and uphold regulatory standards, including HIPAA and OSHA, in alignment with our mission and B Safe program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA).
• Ability to use EHR systems and common office software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
