Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides a focused leadership presence in the Behavioral Health Patient Care Operations Division of Kettering Health Network.
• Oversees coordination and promotion of behavioral health services across the network.
• Drives quality and safety initiatives and ensures staff advocacy for safe patient care.
• Manages budgets, Press Ganey metrics, and strategic planning for growth of behavioral health.
• Ensures disaster readiness and compliance with state and federal standards.
