Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center is seeking a licensed or licensed-eligible counselor to deliver counseling and therapy in a Fort Collins office and online. Clinicians build their caseload with strong referral flow, while maintaining a supportive, growth‑oriented team environment.

The role emphasizes a full-time caseload (23–25 sessions/week), a flexible schedule, and opportunities for supervision and professional development within a mission‑driven practice focused on women’s empowerment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PSYC/psychologist candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online
• Provide consultations
• Conduct assessments
• Complete intake screenings for new clients
• Write client notes and other required documentation
• Manage client scheduling
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled
