Job summary

Colorado Women's Center in Colorado is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide counseling in person and online. You will manage a full client load, conduct assessments, and document sessions while building your caseload with supportive referrals.

The role offers a base pay while building a caseload, with a substantial compensation model and benefits as you move to full-time status.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or MFT.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license with one of the listed designations.
• Supportive counseling credentials and clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and staff as needed.
• Conduct assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling and caseload logistics.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
