Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Longmont, CO is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver counseling to a diverse client base, with a base pay while building a full caseload. Expect 23–25 client sessions weekly, with referrals to help you reach that target quickly through a flexible, supportive team.

Therapists work across modalities and with clients at all life stages, from teens to seniors, practicing CBT, Gestalt, EMDR, Mindfulness, and more.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PSYC track.
• Ability to provide in-person and online counseling and manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations
• Conduct assessments
• Complete intake screenings for new clients
• Write client notes and other required documentation
• Manage client scheduling
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled

Education
