Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Fort Collins seeks licensed mental health clinicians to provide counseling in person and online. With a steady referral flow, you can build a full caseload quickly, starting with base pay while you establish your practice.

You set your own session times and target a full-time caseload of about 23–25 weekly sessions. We specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma and EMDR, offering diverse modalities and a supportive culture focused on female empowerment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
