Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Denver seeks licensed mental health professionals to provide counseling in person and online, with base pay while you build a full caseload.

This full-time role supports a caseload of 23-25 sessions weekly, offers W2 employment, excellent compensation, stipends, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plans, supervision, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or family therapy.
• Active Colorado professional license or eligible license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.

Education

Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC
