Job summary

The Veterans Leadership Program seeks a Women's Veterans Service Coordinator to provide case management and housing support for Women Veterans and families experiencing homelessness, including organizing events, family-friendly opportunities, virtual gatherings, and educational experiences.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Social Work or Social Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
Three to five years of experience in human services, case management or housing counseling preferred.
Act 33 and Act 34 clearances required.
Valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive case management and referrals to internal and external programs and financial assistance.
Support Women Veterans during transition from homelessness to permanent housing.
Foster relationships with community organizations and resources for permanent housing and services.
Maintain client files and ensure proper documentation and confidentiality.
