Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a role supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining IT equipment and assisting with Warehouse Management System (WMS) support in Whiteland, IN. The role collaborates with operations and technical teams to keep technology functioning and to assist with reporting and data validation.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, a willingness to learn, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving, with experience in WMS and report writing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of WMS experience preferred.
• 2 years of report writing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and support of systems.
• Support users with questions or problems; assist with backups and software installs.
• Develop and maintain training materials for the system.
