Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indiana is hiring a Systems Coordinator to support installation, maintenance and user assistance for warehouse systems. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software support within a warehouse, not a traditional helpdesk, with a 5am–1pm shift and an hourly pay of $22.45.

Ideal candidates have WMS experience, SQL skills, and familiarity with SAP/Blue Yonder/JDA to drive system efficiency and inventory accuracy across the facility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years WMS experience
• Proficient in report writing – 1–2 years
• SQL experience required
• Experience with SAP/Blue Yonder/JDA/NTV is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control
• Facilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency
• Assist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS
• Project development and implementation
• Monitor WMS for inventory management control
• Interface with operation staff to maximize system efficiencies
• Develop, implement, and monitor site performance systemically
• Analyze system discrepancies; generation of reports as necessary
• May write crystal programs to facilitate total network success
• Interface with customer host to identify and resolve issues systemically
