Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Systems Coordinator to support installation, maintenance, and general system assistance in a warehouse environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues for end-users on the shop floor, with a strong emphasis on WMS operations.

The position operates on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm. Candidates should have 1–2 years in WMS and report-writing experience, plus familiarity with SQL.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
1–2 years WMS experience is required.
Proficient in report writing – 1 to 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
Assist users with questions or problems.
May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.
Operate and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the site.
Diagnose and resolve end-user device issues and document resolutions.
Develop training materials and guides for system use.
Interface with operation staff to maximize system efficiencies.
