The position requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and 4+ years in logistics, with travel during the first 1–2 years before moving onsite at the designated location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transportation or logistics experience required.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: set up parameters, workflows, and rules for inventory management.
• System Maintenance: coordinate upgrades and resolve issues to keep the system running.
• User Training: develop training materials and deliver sessions for users.
• Data Analysis: analyze system data to identify trends and improve warehouse efficiency.
• System Integration: connect WMS/TMS/ERP/PKGS for seamless data flow.
• Technical Support: assist site team and customers and run test/project plans.
