Cutter & Buck is seeking a WM Technical Specialist to support and manage the WMS and related systems at our Grand Prairie fulfillment center. The role interfaces with Infor WMS/M3, Kardex, Putwall, and Interform, requires strong vendor coordination, and heavy on-site presence, especially in peak season.

Responsibilities include testing updates, troubleshooting with vendors, and creating custom reports. A Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in WMS-related roles is expected, with travel to support

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting a warehouse management system for a large fulfillment center.
• Experience with Infor WMS is preferred for transitioning to the new system.
• Experience with AutoStore ASRS, SVT and Kardex software.
• Experience with Label Design programs like Interform and Bartender.
• Ability to interface with software vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

• Support the warehouse management system and interfaces with global Infor WMS.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors on production or software updates.
• Create queries and reports as required by the business.
• Assist embroidery and VAS teams with Interform and related systems.
• Provide on-site support during peak season and travel as needed.
