Job description

For one of our leading logistics clients, we are searching for a WMS Consultant (MAWN) who will support the implementation of WMS across multiple sites.

• Support customer implementation projects within IT/WMS guidelines, including requirements tuning, MAWN configuration, drafting development specifications (interfaces, labels, forms), testing, key‑user training, go‑live support, and incident troubleshooting.
• Participate in solution design during the sales process, advising on feasibility and alignment with WMS standards.
• Join design sessions with customers, logistics engineers, operations, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop detailed WMS solution designs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and customer change requests.
• Collect business requirements and drive project teams to deliver SMART, well‑defined specifications within timelines.
• Proven experience in customer-facing WMS implementation or configuration projects, ideally in multi-site logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of WMS systems with required experience in Manhattan Active
• Understanding of integrations; experience with SQL and reporting/label tools (e.g., Jasper Reports, Zebra) is a plus.
• Background in logistics or warehousing preferred.
