Job summary

Cutter & Buck is opening a new fulfillment center in Grand Prairie, TX and seeks a WM Technical Specialist to support and manage WMS systems interfacing with Infor M3/Infor WMS at the DFC and SFC locations. The role requires on-site presence, collaboration with IT and operations, and travel to nearby FCs as needed.

You will troubleshoot, test updates, and assist with Embroidery Development System and Interform workflows, ensuring smooth operation of Kardex, AutoStore, SVT, and Putwall

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum five years of WMS/IT support experience in a fulfillment/warehouse setting.
• Experience interfacing with vendors and supporting ERP/WMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage WMS and interfaces with Infor cloud suite.
• Troubleshoot system issues with vendors and internal users.
• Create queries and reports for business needs.
• Support Embroidery Development System and Interform print workflows.
