Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a technical lead for Warehouse Management Solution implementations across the Americas. You will design best-in-class WMS solutions, leveraging a suite of products and the latest innovations.

You will act as the technical liaison among customers, project managers, solution architects, and consultants to ensure timely, successful delivery. Expect frequent collaboration with ERP systems and automation vendors to optimize deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems as a customer or consultant.
• End‑to‑end WMS deployment experience from design to transition to support across varied industries.
• Experience with other leading SCM solutions (HighJump, Manhattan, SAP) is a plus.
• Experience in a management consulting or supply chain services environment is preferred.
• Experience integrating ERP/Host systems with WMS and testing APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS solutions for customers across the Americas.
• Apply domain knowledge to configure Blue Yonder solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes.
• Lead technical and integration design with clear construct and validation tasks and timelines.
• Lead integration design with automation vendors and guide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases.
