Job summary

EA Talent Solutions assists a Nassau County-based wholesale distributor in finding a hands-on Blue Yonder WMS Implementation & Systems Specialist to support an active go-live and ongoing system management.

The role requires experience with at least one full Blue Yonder implementation, ability to troubleshoot in real time, train warehouse staff, and understand data flows through the WMS at a technical level.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one full Blue Yonder WMS implementation.
• Strong understanding of WMS functionality and configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting live system issues in warehouse environments.
• Experience training end users (warehouse staff and supervisors).
• Solid understanding of data structures and how they map to operations and transactions.
• Ability to start immediately and support an active go-live.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under high-pressure conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support the final stages of an active Blue Yonder WMS implementation and assist with go-live activities.
• Manage day-to-day system functionality post go-live across warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues in real time and identify root causes.
• Train warehouse staff, supervisors, and end users on system functionality.
• Analyze data structures and how information flows through the WMS.
• Serve as a go-to resource for configuration and workflows during and after go-live.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and vendor support to resolve issues and ensure stability.
• Document common issues and fixes to build internal knowledge for ongoing support.
