Job summary

Panasonic North America seeks a senior WMS leader to design, configure, and deploy Blue Yonder WMS SaaS across Panasonic warehouses and customer engagements. You will lead end-to-end implementation, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilization, aligning modules to site models and integrating ERP/TMS and EDI APIs.

The role emphasizes Lean-driven improvements, labor optimization, and measurable throughput gains, with strong vendor collaboration and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse/3PL operations, WMS implementation, and supply chain technology.
• Deep, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Blue Yonder WMS (SaaS).
• Lean certification or formal training (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Shingo) preferred.
• Candidates located in Fontana, CA, Aurora, IL, or Savannah, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Blue Yonder WMS SaaS across Panasonic sites and customer engagements.
• Configure inbound/outbound flows, slotting, wave planning, task management, labor management, and yard/dock operations.
• Design and execute test plans and lead cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities; ensure data conversion and integration mappings are stable.
• Manage version upgrades and SaaS configuration governance to maximize value.
