Job summary

Panasonic is seeking a Senior WMS Program Lead to design, configure, deploy, and optimize Blue Yonder WMS SaaS across Panasonic Logistics operations and client sites. The role links warehouse ops, customers, the WMS vendor, and transportation/3PL partners to drive labor reduction, quality, and end-to-end supply chain integration.

Responsibilities include end-to-end deployment, module configuration, testing, upgrades, and governance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS SaaS implementation across Panasonic warehouse sites and customer engagements.
• Configure inbound/outbound, slotting, wave planning, labor management, and yard/dock operations.
• Design test plans, manage cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities; ensure data conversion and integrations are stable.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; drive continuous improvement using Lean methods.
