Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Specialist WMS System Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the WMS to support efficient warehouse operations in Port Washington, NY. The role collaborates with operations teams to resolve issues, improve data accuracy, and execute system upgrades.

The candidate will lead discussions with stakeholders, translate business needs into user stories, and ensure high availability of warehouse systems. Domestic travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and SCM; 3–5 years of experience.
• WMS system maintenance experience; DC industry background preferred.
• Experience with Manhattan/WMS and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Manhattan SCALE WMS.
• Install, configure, test and maintain SAP, WMS, WES, and related software.
• Develop clear business requirements and design specifications for delivery teams.
• Analyze WMS (Manhattan SCALE) and WES (Bastian Exacta).
• Travel to warehouses as needed to support operations and testing.
