Job summary

L'OCCITANE Group is seeking a WMS Application Analyst to design, configure, test, document and deliver critical operational functions for the Distribution Center and clients. You will serve as first line of response for system issues, and collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

The role requires strong SQL, WMS, and database knowledge, familiarity with Manhattan Scale, and the ability to communicate with business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manhattan Scale experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of SQL query/report development in a Supply Chain setting.
• Experience with Windows Servers and server management.
• Experience managing issues and requests in a central reporting tool – JIRA preferred.
• 3–5 years in operational support and/or software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support and resolve technical/operational WMS issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with operations to provide short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
• Serve as liaison between Operations Leadership and Engineering to align strategies.
• Lead process optimization, bug fixes, and design, development, testing, rollout, and support.
• Execute configuration changes in Production and other environments.
• Maintain documentation of changes, business processes, and training guides.
• Mentor IT and Operations team members on WMS processes and best practices.
• Be SME on functional/technical discussions with stakeholders involving WMS.
• Support WMS integrations with internal/external systems and third-party apps.
• Communicate clearly with business and IT teams; provide timely information.
• Provide technical support and software training with strong customer service.
